My Name is Gellis Jerome-Milandou, I am a Register Practical Nurse and a professional Sewing Instructor. I plan to continue to bring the love of Sewing and Fashion to all ages, race and cultures. I am a woman from an African background and I love the African culture.
(I was born in the Caribbean, Grenada to be exact.)
I also love to broaden my sewing and fashion teaching to fit all cultural race and ethnicity. (Examples, White, Chinese, Indians, Philippines and the list goes on). All race are warmly welcome to our In-studio or Online Class. This helps us to reach people of all backgrounds and to teach them the Unique Art of Sewing and Fashion.
My sewing studio Infinite Modesty Designs offer Beginners to Advance sewing classes in Brampton. At our Brampton sewing studio, you will learn a life skill that everyone (even men) should know. These skills will give you the ability to save money, to show off your creative side, to create various garments, to reduce stress and the ability to land yourself a job/career in the sewing and fashion industry. (We also offer Dressmaking, Custom Made Sewing.
In our sewing studio, our class size is very small. The maximum number of students per class is 10. This gives us the ability to attend to every student’s individual sewing needs. At our sewing workshop, you will learn, how to make your own skirts, tops/blouse, dresses and much more.
You will also learn how to make your own personal style/clothing without a sewing pattern. Being able to add a missing button or sew up the hem on your skirt requires simple basic sewing skills, but the savings you can enjoy by not having to pay someone else to fix it can make a difference in your world.
