Shipping Policy, Returns and exchange police

All items bought may take 1 week or up to 4 weeks before shipment: all depends on the item purchase

All our items are Made to orders/ Custom Made.

All in-store purchases: Are eligible to exchange in-store only ( 14 Bentworth Ave), within 3 business days of receipt.
 

All Custom and Made To Order Items: Are all final sales: these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 

Here’s how to Return or Exchange your item(s)

Provide the order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.

We offer return labels if you wish to receive one. We will deduct the return label cost from the store credit that will be issued to you upon receipt of your return.

As soon as our Returns Team processes your return, we'll contact you via email to advise that your credit has been applied to your account.

Cancel an Order

Made to Order Items: Once an order has been placed you may cancel an order within 24 hours (excluding rush orders) for a refund*

In-Stock Items: Within the same 24 hour period that the order was placed and before the item has been shipped.
